Qlik is the main Data Visualization tool used at Solvay with more than 1 000 active users.
The main Dashboards implemented are :
- Customer 360 for analysis of Sales, Margin, Order Book, Opportunity, Service Level and DSO KPIs
- CRM Quality for analysis of Complaints KPIs
- SBS Credit Management for analysis of all Credit KPIs : Overdue, DSO, Cash & Risk
- HSE Dashboard for all Health, Safety & Environment KPIs
- Financial Dashboards like Fixed Costs, Capex, Working Capital, Sales & Contribution Margin
Who should use it
Qlik doesn’t require specific technical or any kind of programming skills to operate. Users without relevant experience can create visualizations using Qlik fairly quickly and easily. Qlik is directly usable with a web browser with this link
The tool is being used across several functions and GBUs within Solvay such as :
Functions : Finance, DT, GBS, Industrial, Procurement, Strategic Channel Partner
GBUs : Special Chem, Soda Ash, Peroxides, Silica, Coatis
