- Add the new app to the DA&AI - Applications running in Production.gsheet @Data Product Owner
- Via email, request Enterprise Architecture team (e.g. Florent Thivin) to add the new app in LeanIX (+ details) @Data Product Owner
- Via DA&AI Service Request, ask the new app to be added in Service ONE CMDB
