Add a new application in LeanIX, Service ONE and "DA&AI - Applications running in Production.gsheet"

The respective Data Product Owner should:

1. Define the app name according to the naming convention: <functional domain> - <app name> <report or dashboard, if applicable> - <SLV or SQO, if applicable>
2. Add the new app to the DA&AI - Applications running in Production.gsheet (expected to be decommissioned and start relying on LeanIX only)
3. Via email, request Enterprise Architecture team (e.g. Florent Thivin) to add the new app in LeanIX (+ details)
   1. During Envision, with all mandatory fields (Name, Description, correctly mapped with the  IT COMPONENT (SAP BW, TALEND Data Integration, QLIKSENSE...), etc)
   2. Before M2P, TBD
4. Via DA&AI Service Request (choose "Any other type of support"), ask Operations to add the new app in Service ONE
