1. If you don't have edit access in Confluence, please submit this Application Access Request (Generic)
2. Copy Template
3. Choose the “Parent page” corresponding to the domain to which your application belongs
4. “Start titles with” the application name
5. Edit the copied templates
6. Edit Applications to add the application to the list
7. Add the application name to the list and insert the link
