N/A : Not Applicable is used to classify persons that are not part of the internal workforce and/or not having a grade between S15 to S27 and therefore not elegible for the global variable compensation plan (STI/SIP).
STI : Short Term Incentive Plan classifies the persons that are part of the internal workforce and having a grade between S15 to S27 and therefore elegible for the global variable compensation plan (STI) if not elegible for a Sales Incentive Plan ( SIP).
